SHIMAPUPPIES.com and ROYALTY DOG APPAREL will do their best to have your packages ready for shipping and mailed out within 24 hrs. with the exception of special orders. SHIMA PUPPIES AND ROYALTY DOG APPAREL has the availability to ship either USPS OR UPS. We will ship your package the cheapest way possible to save you money. All shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and box size of the item and the distance it must be shipped. There is a $6.50 delivery charge for orders under $75.00. For Special Orders, please allow at least 1 week for the article of clothing to be shipped. All of our designs are made at the completion of the sale and are very much worth the wait. On Special orders, due to the nature of the items being sold - **All Sales Are Final** Unfortunately we will not be able to refund you shipping to you, but we are very sure you will love our products and do not believe there should arise any problems with this policy.

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 10 days providing the product or products to be returned are in same condition as at the time of shipping, they will be accepted for a refund or exchange. We use delivery confirmation to establish the date you receive your item.
